How will be the trip?

In this section you will find some interesting information to keep in mind during the journey.

Approximate timing for the journey
  • 8.00 h. Start – Departure from Vila Praia de Ancora.
  • 11 h. First rest stop at Porto –15 minutes.
  • 12.45 h. Stop at Vila Real – 50 minutes (Portuguese time).
  • 20.15 h. Stop at the Suco Service Area (Palencia province) – 40 minutes (Spanish time).
  • 5 h. Scheduled arrival at Andorran customs.
  • 5.50 h. Scheduled arrival at Encamp. End of journey.

 Information useful during the journey
  • There is a 15 minute stop every 3 hours, approximately.
  • For any problem or emergency you can speak to the reserve driver.
  • There is free Wi-Fi in the area of Portugal, when there is cover.
             Entry code: interurbana
  • The trip, frontier to frontier, takes approximately 12 hours.

You must
  • Keep your coach ticket with you for the whole journey.
  • Have your personal identification document ready to show at Customs if necessary.
 
 NOTE: The coach may arrive earlier, depending on the stops along the way and road conditions.

  • 17.40 h. Start – Departure from Encamp (Funicamp).
  • 20 h. First rest stop at Ponts – 10 minutes.
  • 22 h. Stop at Alfajarín – 40 minutes.
            NOTE: in the event of being delayed, this stop for 40 minute will be at Ponts.
  • 6 h. Breakfast – before entering Portugal.
            Alcañizes (Zamora). La Chuca Service Area.
            Time for breakfast: 20 minutes.
  • 6.30 h. (Spanish time) – Scheduled entry at the Portuguese frontier. 
  • 5.30 h. (Portuguese time)
  • 9 h. Estimated time of arrival at Oporto.
  • 11.30 h. Estimated time of arrival at Vila Praia de Ancora – End of journey.
